Even though he previously criticized Newt Gingrich for calling President Obama a “food stamps president,” Jesse Jackson said over the weekend, “It’s an honor to be a food stamp President.” He then listed every benefit associated with food stamps, including, “food stamps hire people.”
And all this time, I thought employers hired people.
