Joe Manchin Goes ‘Dale Peterson’

West Virginia’s Democratic governor locks and loads in his new ad. In the spot, Manchin, who is in a tight U.S. Senate race against Republican John Raese, promises to “repeal the bad parts of Obamacare” and “take dead aim at the cap-and-trade bill.” He then fires a bullet into the legislation.

Maybe this is his inspiration.
