The ABA has issued a letter that gives a recent Bush nominee for the 5th Circuit an unanimous “not qualified” for the bench. Michael Wallace, a former Rehnquist clerk and former Trent Lott aide, was nominated earlier this year for the court of appeals seat vacated by Judge Pickering.
