On Monday it was a high water mark for both the Intrepid and the Republican party–more seats than ever before in the House, Senate, and in statehouses. Both, trying to move forward got stuck in the mud. A sad fate for this noble ship and the party. But in this case of Republicans, unfortunately, this time, we supplied our own mud.
