He would often grill his foreign ministry officials about intelligence reports, often standing there in his tunic with his hands on his hips and demanding to get better answers to his questions. On another occassion he followed a contractor across the lobby of the Cafe Sacher demanding better terms. He also once cancelled the office softball game for no good reason. Clearly this is a blow to the historic standing of his diplomacy from which it will never recover. We can never look at the Holy Alliance the same way again.
