Has anyone ever won the Peace prize twice? (Of course if they did it might indicate the first was premature).
I seems to me that the Nobel committee could simply be setting Obama up for getting the award twice. It may have been their intention all along, but maybe they are now worried that they will have to give him both within the next four years.
