Kamala Harris, Incoherent Again

Vice President Kamala Harris spoke yesterday at Howard University, where, according to NPR, she gave a “fired-up speech on the fight for abortion rights.” The speech included a call to arms, the urging of liberals to “stand and fight” against the GOP’s “national agenda” of pro-life policies. But the vice president also said this:

So I think it’s very important, as you have heard from so many incredible leaders for us at every moment in time and certainly this one, to see the moment in time in which we exist and are present, and to be able to contextualize it, to understand where we exist in the history and in the moment as it relates not only to the past but the future.

Sorry, what?

It’s concerning, to say the least, that both the president and the vice president of the United States — who are now officially campaigning for another four years — appear incapable of delivering remarks without descending into incoherence.
