I’m no fan of Red Ken and I’m not surprised that he’s even more of a bore and jerk than I’d already thought. But if he’s right about the procedure involved he has a point: democratically elected officials should be punished by voters or elected representatives for being jerks and by courts if they are criminals. This seems like neither. But then I don’t know a lot about the Adjudication Panel for England, so if I’m missing something, I’m sure someone will let me know.
