King: ‘If the Vote Were Today, It Would Probably Be a No Vote’

A “weak and vacillating” President Obama will have a hard time winning congressional approval for military action against the Syrian regime, Representative Peter King (R., N.Y.) said on Fox News Sunday. “If the vote were today, it would probably be a no vote,” he said.

King indicated that he would likely support military action, but pointed to a growing “isolationist wing” in the GOP that could provide substantial opposition in the House.
