Korea Plan

John O’Sullivan has an extremely interesting piece out today proposing a plan for solving the North Korea crisis. Essentially, O’Sullivan is talking about blocking Chinese imports, on humanitarian grounds, as a way of forcing the Chinese to act on North Korea. Even a major public campaign raising the threat of this may have the effect of pushing the Chinese to act. Interesting, and worth a read. And don’t miss the fascinating Korea piece on NRO today by Ion Mihai Pacepa.
