On Special Report tonight, Charles Krauthammer explained that President Obama “overshot” on the sequester, giving Republicans the upper hand. He explained that if Republicans want to maintain their advantage, they have to emphasize that they are offering the president “utter discretion” as to how the spending cuts are done, and they need to highlight the “idiotic stuff” in the federal government that was not cut.
