Krauthammer’s Take: If Elizabeth Warren Runs For President, ‘I’d be the No. 1 Supporter’

On Monday’s Special Report, Charles Krauthammer said Republicans will triumph in 2016 if Massachusetts senator Elizabeth Warren is the Democratic nominee for president. “I think she ought to run, I’d be the No. 1 supporter, I’d love to see her run,” Krauthammer said. “It would be a festival if you’re a conservative or a Republican. We put up anybody sentient on the other side it’ll be a good night on Election Night.”

Talk of a presidential bid by Warren, a freshman senator, has been stoked by her recent efforts to block a government-spending bill over its repeal of a provision in the Dodd-Frank financial-reform legislation.
