Krauthammer’s Take: ‘If the Leak Makes You Look Good, You Ignore It’

The “core of these scandals,” Charles Krauthammer on Special Report, is the president’s failure to fulfill his constitutional responsibility to faithfully, impartially execute the law. By cherry-picking leak probes, argues Krauthammer, the presidential has neglected his constitutional duty.

“It is scandalous that while going after this low-level guy [Fox News reporter James Rosen] about a Korean leak, which appears reasonably innocuous…” Krauthammer said, the White House “just completely ignor[es] the torrent of leaks that make Obama look good.”

“If it makes you look good, you ignore that; if it makes Obama look bad, you nail the reporter, particularly if he’s a Fox reporter.”
