Krauthammer’s Take: Latest Hillary Email Scandal Won’t Affect Race — Unless FBI Indicts

The discovery Hillary Clinton instructed a staffer to send classified material over an unsecured line won’t affect voter sentiment, Charles Krauthammer said tonight.

“Americans have already determined how they feel about Hillary Clinton’s e-mail scandal,” Krauthammer said on Friday’s Special Report. “To paraphrase Hillary in another context; at this point what difference does it make?”

“The emails themselves are no longer a political issue, that’s done,” he continued. “The only political issue left is the indictment. In other words, nobody cares about the ins and outs of this email.”

“I’m sure it was illegal, I’m sure it looks really bad,” Krauthammer said. “But unless it ends up with an indictment, it’s not going to have any effect on the race.”
