Krauthammer’s Take: President Obama is Using the Pentagon as a Scapegoat

On Friday’s Special Report, Charles Krauthammer said President Obama’s indecisiveness — on display yesterday when Obama announced that he didn’t have a strategy for the Islamic State in Syria — is not new, and nor is the decision to lay it at others’ feet.

“This is a president who cannot decide, and on this he obviously cannot decide, but what does he do?” Krauthammer said. “Instinctively, he blames somebody else for the so-called misinterpretation of his thing about strategy . . . So the president looks for a scapegoat, it’s the Pentagon.”
