The event is open to the public, and all the details are here. In addition, a friend of mine has made a suggestion: “Take a page from Andy Kauffman and pay someone to dress up like an obnoxious French fussypants and disrupt your talk, until he is thrown out by Heritage bodyguards.” What a great idea!
