I find the laughter in this video clip pretty off-putting. I can see how it might have helped place Obama in a frame of mind to utter the now infamous words that followed. When they talk about Obama meeting with his “condescending” and “elite” San Francisco supporters, they’re not kidding. (HT Ed Morrissey)
