According to WLEX, a Lexington TV station: 73% of Precincts have reported. Chandler leads Barr by merely 173 votes. Polling has been tallied and closed in Lexington, and it’s a left-leaning college town. So Barr may win, as the remainder of district is more Republican-leaning.
Again, victory here would be an early signal of bigger-than-expected Republican gains.
