President Obama needs to display a willingness to negotiate if he wants to reopen the government and deal with the upcoming debt-limit deadline, Senator Mike Lee says. “He’s not a dictator, he’s not a despot — he does have to deal with Congress,” the Utah Republican said on Fox News on Monday morning.
