Lefty Twitter: Senate ‘Torture Report’ Explains Michael Brown’s Death

Well, obviously:

As Fred Fleitz and Tom Rogan both observe on the homepage, there is good reason to be skeptical about the Senate Intelligence Committee’s report on the CIA’s post–September 11 rendition, detention, and interrogation programs — the assumption-begging “torture” report. But that’s not stopping left-leaning commentators from tying the report to another dubious narrative of theirs, regarding events in Staten Island and Missouri.

Regardless of the veracity of the Senate report’s findings, the calculus required to equate the conduct of intelligence operatives attempting to gather information from suspected terrorists at overseas detention centers to momentary encounters between local police and citizens in public and in broad daylight is a recondite moral mathematics, indeed.
