Legal Eagles

Two new podcasts:

Philip K. Howard on Life Without Lawyers. The name of the book sort of says it all, and in our interview Howard bemoans the lawyerization of America.

Robert H. Bork on A Time To Speak. This is Bork discussing his legal legacy, including what goes through his mind when he hears his last name used as a verb–i.e., “to bork.”

John J. Miller, the national correspondent for National Review and host of its Great Books podcast, is the director of the Dow Journalism Program at Hillsdale College. He is the author of A Gift of Freedom: How the John M. Olin Foundation Changed America.
