Libyan President Contradicts Administration on Benghazi Attack

Libyan President Mohammed el-Megarif contradicted the Obama administration’s position that the attacks on the American embassy in Benghazi were spontaneous.  President el-Megarif told CBS News’ Bob Schieffer that he believes the attacks were “pre-planned” and “predetermined.”  His statement is followed by that of ambassador to the U.N. Susan Rice.
