Lisa, I agree with Hillyer on most of the issues where he disagrees with Senator Graham. But there are much worse Republican senators. Graham didn’t vote to expand S-Chip the way other GOP senators (Hatch, Grassley) did. He didn’t throw in the towel in Iraq just as the surge was starting to work, like Lugar. He isn’t co-sponsoring Ron Wyden’s health care bill (Bennett, Grassley again). Graham isn’t perfect, but he wouldn’t be on my list of the five worst Republican senators.
