According to The Hill, Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell says that in advance of President Obama’s nomination of Justice Stevens’s replacement, Senate Republicans will “make a sustained and vigorous case for judicial restraint and the fundamental importance of an even-handed reading of the law.”
GOP senators should start by asking the president whether the constitutionality of Obamacare will be a litmus test for the nomination.
