Look Who’s Suddenly Singing the Praises of Wall Street!

What does it take to get Barbara Boxer to start singing the praises of Wall Street?

When she needs to defend their donations to Hillary Clinton.

“There are great people on Wall Street,” Boxer told Chris Matthews last night. “There are people who I don’t like on wall street, there are progressives, there are conservatives. The thing with Bernie [Sanders] is, and I love him and I work with him and I enjoy him I think he’s terrific senator  – he’s passionate – he gets so angry at groups of people and he paints them with a broad brush.”

Of course, Boxer wasn’t always telling audiences that there are “great people” on Wall Street.

When she was running against Carly Fiorina in 2010, she criticized her opponent for excessive severance package at Hewlett-Packard.

“I don’t think we need those Wall Street values right now,” Boxer said.
