I always wondered why Republicans were so bad when they were in the majority — the spending, the prescription drug bill, Leave No Child Behind, etc. Maybe it’s unavoidable. Democrats are proving to be even less effective from the majority at promoting their agenda — I call them mercifully unproductive.
