What’s probably worse is the indifference: 29 percent of college students “neither approve nor disapprove” of the president.
Obama appeared last night at my alma mater, GWU, and will host a youth town hall simulcast by MTV, CMT, and BET on Thursday. Both are in support of efforts by his political machinery to get young people to “commit” to vote on Nov. 2. These numbers suggest they might be wasting their time.
