An e-mail (from a woman):
Driving home tonight in my dash to watch the results, I was thinking that a name has been lost among all this hubbub. Rick Santelli. He started it all on the floor of the exchange on 2/19/09. I was at the first tea party in Houston in Feb and the bigger one in April. I was working the welcome booth and so many people thanked me and everyone for doing “this”. I realize now what “this” has come to mean. I am so proud of my country tonight and proud of the good people of Massachusetts. As a great granddaughter of a confederate soldier, I will never use the word yankee again.
