Lowry: Obamacare Delays Have Been By Obama, Not GOP

On Fox News earlier today, Rich Lowry pointed out that despite the Obama administration’s claims that Republicans are the ones blocking Obamacare’s implementation, it’s been the executive branch that’s been delaying the law. “You look at the major delays in this law: the employer mandate, the verification requirements on the exchanges, the limits on out-of-pocket expenses — that’s all the president of the United States acting unilaterally.”
