Mackinac’s Vernuccio Discusses Recent Right-to-Work Victories

Vinnie Vernuccio, the director of labor policy at the Mackinac Center for Public Policy, took some time to talk with National Review about the recent legal and legislative wins by right-to-work advocates, including this week’s decision in Michigan. As reported by our own Jillian Kay Melchior, two teachers filed a complaint with the Michigan Education Association for not allowing them to quit the union until August. The MEA ultimately agreed to settlement, allowing the teachers to leave and no longer be forced to pay dues.

Vernuccio also offered his thought what states right-to-work advocates might claim upcoming victories.
