Making Room

I’m onto other things for a bit. My Christmas syndicated column is on a beautiful North Carolina project called Room at the Inn. There’s more to tell. But right now my thoughts are with a girl named Mary, her mother, and the mother she was inspired by . . .

I’ll pop in and out but I expect many of you are off for a bit too, so:

Merry Christmas to you and those you love.

Merry Christmas, especially, to those who serve. I always try to pray especially for those in the military, deployed away from home, and their families. I think of priests and consecrated religious and others who live the season in a way we all could be inspired by, bringing the Word to lives. Thank you, all.
