Michelle Malkin has a fine piece today taking on one of President Obama’s most troubling and important yet least known initiatives, the Common Core. The Common Core is a de facto federal takeover of state and local school systems that will lower academic standards, politicize the curriculum, and cause a raft of other mischief as well. I’ve written about the issue here and here. Malkin promises a series of articles and blog posts exposing problems with the Common Core. That will be well worth following.
