I mentioned earlier this week that Marco Rubio delivered a beautiful speech at a Susan B. Anthony List event this week, one that goes straight to the potential vice-presidential vetting file. But more than that, he expressed an urgency and issued a challenge. These are shameful years, 39 years of legal abortion, and history, he contended, will see it that way.
