The Mark Of Cain

My original intent for this post was to play along. I’d arrange the pieces a bit better, I’d rather Bachmann’s temper and Pawlenty’s temperament for instance. I was also going to say that if we could have Romney’s looks (a superficial attribute), I’d like Cain’s skin color and Bachmann’s gender. I don’t think they’re the most important qualities of either of them, but all things being equal, I’d love for our super-candidate to be black or female. It’s really tokenism I’m after. But if we could find a candidate who was qualified in all the other departments, why not check off some of those boxes as well? It’s not that it would make them a better president, but it would make them a better candidate.
