Frank Schubert, the campaign manager for Yes on One in Maine just claimed victory. (No on One campaign manager has not yet conceded).
With 86 percent of the vote in, the repeal has 52.75 percent of the vote.
The People have exercized their veto. This is huge. I am so happy.
