Good article on Marriage, my wife and I teach the Marriage prep class in our Parish in the Diocese of Colorado Springs. This is a 4 week, 2-2.5 hours per week class that is based roughly on John Paul II’s theology of the body.
In the last class we had there were 10 couples, 8 of which were living together, 4 had kids together (including one couple working on Irish Twins) and three were in the process of annulments. It was amazing how many had not thought at all about any of the issues around cohabitation, pre-marital sex, contraception, etc. We did get some good feedback that various couples were looking at Marriage differently after the class but it is a big uphill battle.
