Martin Longman Is Dumb as a Plank

Martin Longman of Washington Monthly takes issue with my earlier post on insurance mandates, writing:

What bothers him is that when the state mandates something be covered in an insurance plan, it comes out of the “profits and the bonuses of their fat-cat executives.”

What I wrote was of course precisely the opposite: that such costs are not likely to come out of profits or executive bonuses. Not, Martin. Not.

As in: Not very bright, did not read the post very carefully, does not have anything interesting to say, ought not try writing for the general public, not work to be proud of, cannot believe this was not written in crayon, etc.
