Mass Torts Made Perfect, Starring Bill Clinton

You might want to spend some time with Hillary Rodham Clinton’s just-released financial disclosure forms, which include a list of the paid speeches given by Bill Clinton in 2006, plus his fee for each.  Have you heard of a group called Mass Torts Made Perfect? Billing itself as a sponsor of seminars that provide “ambitious, goal-oriented attorneys with the knowledge and methods that attract mass tort clients,” it paid Clinton $150,000 to speak in Las Vegas last October.  The forms also touch on Bill Clinton’s business with California billionaire Ron Burkle — but say only that Clinton made “over $1,000″ from the deal.  Well, yes.
