McCain and Palin in Virginia

I just got back from the McCain/Palin rally in Fairfax, Virginia. I’ll have the full story later, but the striking thing about it was the size of the crowd. Approaching the site, seeing lines that were three-deep stretching for block after block after block — well, it was positively Obama-esque. The whole scene was just extraordinary for someone who followed McCain around when he couldn’t fill a living room. And hearing the SAR-AH! SAR-AH! SAR-AH! chants, you would have to say that if this continues, Obama will be able to make a “Celebrity” ad of his own.
