Leibowitz, Jonah? Here it was only about a week ago that we straightened out this McCarthyite v. McCarthyist thing, and now I’m supposed to go all Leibowitzian? Or Bergensteynowitzian? I’m starting to feel like those democracy activists in Tiananmen Square after Norman Podhoretz, Richard Perle, and Paul Wolfowitz convinced the Chicoms to maul them. But, alas, I am still buried in mounds of email over the times I lied about Obama being a Leftist radical, about Eric Holder lacking courage, and about Dawn Johnsen suggesting that abortion restrictions might violate the 13th Amendment against slavery just because she wrote that abortion restrictions might violate the 13th Amendment against slavery. Haven’t had time to get to the Freeman pile yet.
I did, however, catch the “Islamic Response to the Government’s Nine Accusations” that Khalid Sheikh Mohammed and his friends filed in the military court last week, so I noticed they agree with Chas that the American people should look in the mirror if they want to understand why 9/11 happened. Maybe I should have credited him for being an invaluable intelligence asset when it comes to al Qaeda.
