That’s the lingering question about the Boston bombers, according to Michael McCaul, the chairman of the House homeland security committe.
“The question is: Where are the trainers?” McCaul asked on Fox News Sunday. “Are they overseas in the Chechen region or are they in the United States?”
“I think the experts all agree that there is someone who did train these two individuals,” said the Texas Republican.
McCaul added that he’ll continue to look into how the bombers were radicalized, perhaps by their mother, who he said likely had a “very strong role.”
