How much do you think the Justices’ trips to Europe and Kennedy’s obvious concern of what foreign jurists think of us will affect this case? That is, will the fact that this is a death penalty case, on a court that has gone out of its way to strike death sentences lately, tilt the decision in Bush’s favor?
