Melchior: ‘Astonishing’ Serco Got Obamacare Contracts Despite Numerous Allegations

Jillian Kay Melchior sat down with Lou Dobbs on Wednesday night to discuss why Serco, a British firm, received a contract to process paper applications for Obamacare. She brought up how the company is under investigation for a handful of issues, including falsifying records and overbilling the British government.
