thought you all might be interested in this: If any Cornerites are in DC this weekend, they might want to check out a photography exhibit called “The American Soldier” at the Women’s Memorial at Arlington Cemetery, a little known venue right at the gateway of the Cemetery. It’s a tribute to American soldiers and marines, with 116 photographs from every conflict from the Civil War to the Iraq war. I’ve been through it several times now, and it’s VERY compelling.
