Could Bob Schieffer have framed that question from a more liberal perspective?

This is the problem with such moderators. They don’t know how to be neutral. They assume that a government-mandated higher minimum wage ameliorates poverty.

They don’t believe – or don’t understand — that it may mean that low-skilled workers will be priced out of the work force and into poverty.
