Are there any conservatives still willing to challenge the claim that the Constitution requires Miranda warnings? For a long time, conservatives maintained that Miranda was incorrect. The issue was re-litigated as recently as a decade ago. In the current debate, nobody is staking out that position. (Or at least nobody I’ve read yet.)
