The Missing Tax Reform

Presidential campaigns looking for tax policy ideas (including those that have proposed some but could clearly use others) would be wise to start with Ramesh’s Bloomberg piece today.

 

It’s a case he has made before (and which Robert Stein has made at length here), but which is made sharper and all the more powerful by the exigencies of the coming election.
