It is worth nothing that there are other senators who have amendments–e.g., Alexander, Hutchinson, Thune–but will still be voting “no” on cloture.
Also, Bond’s Democratic colleague Claire McCaskill is voting “no.” She’s more reliably anti-amnesty than he is.
