The 110th Congress is having more problems passing bills into law than any previous Congress since the Ford Administration — and perhaps going back even further.
That’s funny, since they’ve been working all of these five-day weeks. But when you consider what they have to do to stretch the week into five days, it’s not that much of a surprise.
