More Laws Not Being Enforced

Roy Beck at his new blog offers a preview of an upcoming Supreme Court decision on in-state tuition for illegal aliens. The Washington Legal Foundation sued the state of Kansas on behalf of an American out-of-state student at the University of Kansas who, according to federal law, must be offered in-state tuition if illegals are also able to pay in-state rates. Ten states are defying Congress and the lower courts have refused to act. WLF Chief Counsel Richard Samp tells me that a decision is likely to be announced a week from Monday.
